How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Are there any artificial sugars or preservatives in your flavored coffees?
No, our flavored blends use nature-identical flavors and contain zero added sugar, making them a guilt-free treat for any time of day.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Since coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns for opened jars. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Impulse Coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend keeping the lid tightly sealed and storing your jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate your coffee.
